Email Accounts
All packages include a fair number of email accounts. We have implemented a very advanced, yet simple to use email system that offers the following flexibilities:
- POP3 Protocol - If you use Outlook or a similar email client, POP3 is what you would use to read your email on our systems.
- SMTP Protocol - Many hosting companies do not even provide this service to their customers, forcing them to send their emails from a personal and unprofessional email address from their ISP. Not with us, we provide full SMTP support via SMTP Authentication which allows ONLY our customers to send email from our servers. This is a feature that is fully supported by Outlook and other email clients so you can send your customers email from you@yourdomain.com.
- WEB EMAIL - All our customers also enjoy webmail and very handy feature specially if you are moving from PC to PC or on the road. Our webmail provides full email support in multiple languages via a web browser.
- IMAP - This is a feature available in many email clients such as outlook that allows you to manage your messages on the server without having to download them to any specific machine, allowing you to use Outlook from any machine you desire while messages are stored on our servers.
In order to ensure service stability, the following rules applies to all emails. These can be adjusted on a per customer basis on request.
Max Email attachment : 5MB
Max Mailbox size : 100 MB
Max Domain email storage : 200MB
Max number or recipients in a single message : 50
