All accounts include 1 FTP account per domain.  It is sometimes necessary for domain owners to give FTP accounts to contributors to upload content to specific folders.  You can do that by getting extra FTP accounts from US. 

There is no limit on the use of your FTP accounts and its traffic does not count towards your monthly traffic limit.
