Based in Orlando, Florida, United States, 123HostNow is a privately held company providing high
quality, cost effective website hosting, website development and other internet related services to
personal users, private entrepreneurs and businesses around the world.
Our present owner, Domingo Pichardo, established the company in 2001 as a reseller of another
hosting company's services.
In those heady days of the "dot com boom", our services sold quickly and the
company grew rapidly, and while many other companies went under, we survived and stood strong.
In mid 2002 we moved to our own servers with a couple T1 lines in a small local facility, this was
a major milestone for our company.
A great addition to our services was the implementation of the web based control panel and administration
interface that allowed customers to create and manage hosting accounts and domain names
in real time. The business automation facilitated by the control panel technology meant
cost savings which could be passed on to customers who could get things done instantly
instead of having to wait for their host to activate their requests.
In September of 2003 we moved our servers from our small local facility to a state-of-the-art data center
offering complete redundancy in power, HVAC, fire suppression, network connectivity, and security.
Today we continue to grow at a steady pace and continually strive to enhance, improve and expand
our line of services thanks to customer feedback.
The network architecture utilizes the Enterprise routing and switching engines
from Juniper and Cisco. Our servers are connected directly to this infrastructure in a mesh
configuration to guarantee optimum data throughput and service reliability.

Hardware Configuration
Unlike many other hosting providers (who host customers on the same servers they run their database server software,
DNS server software, FTP server Software, Control Panel software, etc.) we on the other hand have dedicated servers
to handle each service:
- Dedicated FTP Server.
- Dedicated Mail Server with Backup failover.
- Multiple distributed Web Servers to balance load.
- Dedicated Database servers.
- Multiple distributed DNS servers on different servers.
- Dedicated Statistics Server.
- Dedicated Control Panel server
Our service distribution across many servers ensures that if anything goes wrong with one service, it would not
affect the others and more importantly would not affect our customers websites.
All our servers are connected with a separate local network to improve response time between internal server-to-server
communication and enhance security.
